We look forward to welcoming you to STI Engage 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona. The information below can help you plan ahead to make the most of your STI Engage experience. 
 

Payments and Budgeting

How much is STI Engage registration? 

Registration for STI Engage is $995 for NCSD Voting Members, DIS, and Clinic Attendees; and $1,095 for General Attendees. One-day registration fees are $495 each day. 
 

How much are hotel rooms? 

Hotel accommodations booked through the room block at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa are $110 per night plus taxes. 
 

What meals are included? 

STI Engage registration includes lunch on Tuesday, June 3, and Wednesday, June 4. Attendees should plan to include all meals except Tuesday and Wednesday lunches in their travel budgets in accordance with their organization's policies. 
 

What payment methods are accepted? 

The registration system allows for payment with credit card, ACH transfer, or check. If paying by check, please indicate which attendee(s) payment covers on or with the check. 
 

My credit card bounced! Help! 

The registration payment system sometimes rejects cards, especially company cards. Please try payment a second time. If the second time does not work, please email stdengage@ncsddc.org and include “Payment Bounce” in your subject line.
